Here is a YouTube training video that is stored on YouTube.com yet shown here using the AVReloaded addon which was based on the original AllVideos addon. I have set the width of this video to 640x480 pixels.

This is an embedded object which shows a YouTube video and is set at 600x450 pixels. Note that this is NOT controlled by an addon but is direct HTML code.
